Hotel Policies

 

We are happy to welcome you to our hotel! Please familiarize yourself with our hotel policies and guidelines for your stay with us.

 

No Smoking

  • We are a 100% no-smoking hotel. In accordance with Austrian law, smoking is forbidden in the rooms and in any public areas inside the hotel building. Smoking in the hotel will result in a fine starting from 250 Euros to be paid immediately. Fines can be higher based on the damage caused to the rooms or public area. We reserve the right to request a guest who smokes in the room to leave the hotel even before the check out date, without any refund to the amount paid for the stay. 
 

Quiet Hours 

  • To respect other guests and according to Austrian law, we strictly enforce quiet hours in the hotel. Noise is not allowed between 22:00 to 7:00.

 

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

 

Damage to hotel property

  • In case of damaging any hotel property such as furniture, curtains, glass, mirrors, electric equipment etc, a damage fee will be charged. The fee will be based on the size of the damage including all related costs of the expected repair (shipping, handling, repair etc).

 

Taking food and cutlery from the breakfast room

  • Breakfast may be consumed during breakfast times and in the breakfast room only. Taking food and other utensils from the breakfast room is not allowed. In case of taking food without permission, guests will be charged extra. 

 

Deposit

  • For groups, a deposit of 35 Euros per person will be required upon check-in. The deposit will be returned in full at the time of checkout, given that no damage or other problems arise during the stay. Deposit can be paid in cash or with by leaving a card as guarantee in the reception.

 

Damage or loss of personal items

  • All valuables must be stored in the safe which is available in each room. We do not assume any responsibility for personal valuables left in the room.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Hotel liability is limited according to Austrian law.

 

Check-in times

  • The main check-in times are from 15:00 till 22:30. Later check-in is possible, but needs to be communicated in advance.

 

Check-out times

  • Rooms must be checked-out till 11:00 AM.

 

Late check-out

  • Late check-out is possible for a fee, based on the availability. Please request late check-out at the reception desk.

 

Early check-in

  • Early check-in is possible, based on the availability. In case rooms are ready early, you can check in early.

 

No-Show

  • In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. 

 

Child policies

  • Children of all ages are allowed.
  • Babies require to have a baby cot – request beforehand at reception.
  • Room capacity may not be exceeded.

 

Extra beds

  • People no matter the age stay for EUR 40.00 per person, per night when using an available extra bed.

 

Registration of guests

  • All guests staying in the hotel have to be registered beforehand due to local police safety requirements. It is not allowed to bring non-paying and non-registered guests into the rooms.

 

Violence, aggressive behavior, noise, illegal activity

  • Guests that are posing a threat to hotel personnel and/or to other guests will be requested to leave the hotel immediately. No refund will be given in such cases. Any costs resulting from such a behavior will be charged to the respective guest.
  • Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Incidents may be reported to the Austrian police and charges will apply.

 

Iron deposit

  • Irons will be given by the reception for a deposit. 
  • Irons must be returned to the reception after being used. 

 

Shabbat Key deposit

  • A deposit of 20 euros, an ID, or a credit card is required for a Shabbat key.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash (EUR), major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), EC/Maestro.

 

Housekeeping & Maintenance

  • Rooms are serviced daily unless otherwise agreed.
  • Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.

 

Force Majeure

  • The hotel shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, etc.).

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Austrian law.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
