Vayalen Boutique Hotel is a new, cozy hotel in the 2nd district of Vienna. Join a friendly and welcoming team!
As part of the technical team you’ll be in charge of keeping the hotel facilities well maintained for the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.
Position Type:
Part time – 25 hours/week. 5 Days, 9:00 till 14:00.
Permit to work in Austria is required.
Remuneration
Your monthly payment will be based on the calculation of a full-time position as a Maintanence Technician. The base full time salary is € 2126 brutto per month, 14 times per year. Of course we reward corresponding professional experience and qualifications extra and offer attractive salary development according to your performance.
Your Duties
- Carrying out regular inspection and maintenance work throughout the hotel
- Fixing minor technical issues (e.g. electrical, sanitary, heating and air conditioning)
- Ensuring the proper functioning of technical systems and equipment
- Coordinating and supervising external service technicians and maintenance companies
- Documenting completed work
- Supporting small renovation and repair projects
- Contributing to measures that ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
What is Required?
- Completed technical training (e.g. electrician, plumber, building services technician or similar) or relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge in building services, electrical and sanitary systems
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Strong service orientation and professional appearance
- Friendly communication with guests and colleagues
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends)
- Good German skills (B1/B2), English is an advantage
