Vayalen Boutique Hotel is a new, cozy hotel in the 2nd district of Vienna. The hotel is located only 2 minutes walking distance from the subway station Taborstraße and is therefore very easy to reach.
As part of the reception team you’ll be in charge of providing an exeptional guest experience in our hotel and making sure that guests’ stay runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
We are looking for a dedicated and professional new team member to join our small international team. If you are looking for an uncomplicated and pleasant working environment, our hotel is the right place for you.

Remuneration
For the position of Receptionist (m/f/d) we offer a salary of € 2,200 gross per month, of course we reward corresponding professional experience and qualifications extra and offer attractive salary development according to your performance.
Your Role
- Warmly welcoming our guests on arrival to make them feel at home from the very first moment
- Professional check-in and check-out with our hotel software “Protel”
- Pro-active support and advice for our international guests
- First point of contact for receiving guest feedback
- Conscientious processing of invoices and carrying out shift/daily closings
- Processing guest correspondence, by telephone, email and Whatsapp
- Implementation of the company’s internal quality standards
- Administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
- Manage walk-in bookings
- Keep reception / lobby area tidy and clean
- Bringing in your new and fresh ideas
- Lobby bar service
What is Required?
- Attention to detail

- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience with hotel software (i.e. Protel) – of advantage
- Ideally professional experience in the front office area in the hotel industry
- Experience with the Protel hotel software is an advantage
- Enjoy working with guests and colleagues of different nationalities
- Communicative personality with a warm and positive charisma
- Team spirit, commitment and a high sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2), any other foreign language is an advantag
- Work permit in Austria
