20 Hours per week.
Permit to work in Austria is required.
Remuneration
Based on the collective agreement (KV) for hotels. The base salary for a full-time position is €2,026 gross (14x yearly), from which your part-time compensation will be derived.
Note: We are ready to offer a higher part-time salary based on your specific qualifications and proven work experience.
The Role
This is a quality control and coordination position. You will be the bridge between the housekeeping team, the kitchen, and the reception, ensuring everything runs like clockwork during the day.

Schedule: 5 days per week (availability to work on Sunday is of advantage).

Hours: 4 hours per day (typically between 11:00 and 15:00).

Your Responsibilities

Housekeeping Oversight: Daily control and final inspection of guest rooms and common spaces to ensure impeccable cleaning standards. If needed, light room cleaning will be required.

Inventory & Procurement: Monitoring and controlling hotel inventory across all departments; ordering cleaning materials and kitchen supplies as needed.

Kitchen Coordination: Controlling kitchen cleanliness and supply levels.

Administrative Support: Assisting in the coordination of personnel and providing support to the reception team when required.

Quality Assurance: Monitoring maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.
What You Bring

Eye for Detail: High standards for cleanliness and the ability to spot what others might miss.

Organizational Skills: Experience in inventory management or coordination is a strong plus.

Communication: English is a must, German at a communicative level (B2 and up)

Reliability: A proactive, friendly, and motivated mindset.

Legal: A valid work permit for Austria.
